So I was taking a look at the article by Autoblog on the RC 350 F Sport, and I decided I love the look of the car. Hopefully it drives as good as it looks. If it does, it may give the C350 Coupe and the 435i a run for their money. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the strange louver things on the back (picture below), but it shows that Lexus is at least thinking somewhat outside of the box, which I applaud.
And that interior... wow. I am a sucker for white w/ red leather interior. The only thing missing is a 6 spd.
RC-F? Yes, please.

What do you think?

that ugly grill should be an easy fix, whoever makes aftermarket bumper would make so much $$.
i love that interior on the other hand.

I personally love the predator grille. For years people claimed Lexus only made snooze-mobiles, but now that they're making something exciting, people cry. Keep it up Lexus!

I love the look of this car, and the interior is beautiful. RWD is just a bonus. Too bad on the not-manual transmission.

My thoughts EXACTLY. Maybe they will have a change of heart and throw in a 6/7 spd later.

I'm not in love with the grille as I think it's a little too clumsily designed.
However, I will say that if I were in the market for a luxury sedan or coupe, I would definitely be taking a look at Lexus' current offerings. I would never have said that a few years ago. Lexus' new designs just seem to make a bolder statement than comparable model from Mercedes and BMW.
Yea, yea. Would be nice to have three pedals, but there are few luxury cars that are coming with a true manual transmission these days. It's just the way things are going. If the auto-stick is oriented correctly (backwards for upshifts, forwards for downshifts), then I wouldn't complain too much.
Also, this car in black would look mean as hell. Pure nightmare fuel.

Nicely shaped with excellent finish. And I second the after-market front bumper, especially if it sorta-matched the rear bumper, plus deletion of the rear louvers as well as the rear dual exhausts, re-setting the exhaust to single center port nicely located, and milder more-normal rims...then, what's not to like...oh yeah, that manual would be icing on the pie.

I will say Lexus know a thing or two about interior and exterior design. Those phuckers know how to be wild, and boring. In this though, unffff. I find almost everything about this car so incredibly seductive, with maniac attention to detail and a craftsmanship that few can surpass. Look at the detail of the armrest, or the buttons between it and the gear lever. Even the clock with its matte, brushed aluminum looking face is like something that could have come out of an art gallery.
What does turn me off about the RC-F a little is that all the cars in that bracket, are all starting to be upwards of $40/50k if not 60! We know these companies can make a good car, that is why they've been around the block for a while. We need to adapt with times and become more efficient, and saving resources. What we need is prices of these non-supercar level sportscars to really fill the gap between standard cars and supercars because at the moment choices are seeming bleak.
TL;DR Enough rant. I love that car, I can't wait to hear how it sounds.

I prefer to think of it like a Bane mask. But I like it. A lot.

I love it.
Especially
the red interior under the (hopefully) metallic or pearl white.
I would get a nicer set of wheels though.
